pain from hip to feet and heart palpitations

I got this pain all weekend, it's from the upper side of my upper right leg down to my feet around the ankle and joints, it's usually mild, but aches more when I wake up, touch the bone or keep thinking about it which is hard not to, I also feel like my heart is racing fast at times and feel anxious tense or panicky and down, I also feel shaky in my legs and it feels tired when I'm walking, but not limping or swelling or anything to be seen.

Can anxiety cause these symptoms?

I don't know about anxiety causing it, but would definitely magnify it

No, not much, I been carrying some heavy things, but nothing really straneous, had a bad cold a few weeks back, that's almost gone just have a cough now and then.

Pinched nerve in your back will cause pain down the leg.
have you had your matress a long time?

Ah ok.
Yeah, I've had the mattress for about 10 years now.
