Black dots in vision

I have had really bad health anxiety for the past few months, feelings like I can't breath and feeling faint. The last few days my anxiety has been manageable and all day today my eyes feel so dry and I keep getting black dots sometimes appear in my vision and I blink and they are gone, it's not a floater it's more like when you stand up to quick and get headrush and dots in your vision for a couple of seconds. It's freaking me out and making me anxious again does anyone else experience this?

Ive had black floaters before oddly enough as we speak, I say it....it happens...

I was thinking it could be to do with blood pressure but I get these black dots when I'm sat/laying down still.

Yes I get these too sometimes. I agree with the bp suggestions

Yeah I get these, is very weird and freaks you out. Is one of those things I have learnt to ignore now really.

Could this be ocular migraines?
