I've had anxiety my whole life
Never slept over and friends houses when I was younger until middle school
Always feared something would happen.
Wish I got help sooner.. But I was introverted and never really shared my feelings with my parents. I am now 24 and suffering with anxiety. A year ago I got into a long distance relationship.
1. Anxiety trigger=first relationship ever
2. Marriage possibility
3. He lives in England I live in California
4. We see eachother 1 every 2 months sometimes less sometimes more.
My first panic attack happened when I went to visit him in england for the first time.
It was horrible
It gave me panic symptoms for the next 3 months.

Am now in meds which make things livable, I
Am seeing a therapist which helps certain things
But the main unknown is this long distance relationship. I want to escape but at the same time I want to be with him.
Also difficult because I just graduated w my bachelors and haven't found what I wanted to do ..7 months later.
