I wish I wish I wish I could believe that all these chest zaps and pains isn't my heart after all the tests I've had lately but still having trouble believing it

I know exactly how you feel because I'm the same. I've had loads of heart tests and still can't accept or believe that my heart is fine. Every doctor I've met has told me it's anxiety related even when I don't feel anxious I'm get chest pains all the time. It's horrible.
