Throwing up inside

Okay so I don't know if this is just acid reflux or if it could be something more serious but basically..you know that feeling you get when you're throwing up? well I'm getting that feeling accept it's not coming all the way out its going up to the chest area and esophagus and then it stops and I can kinda taste it because a little tiny bit comes up but the rest does not and I have never really experienced acid reflux before so I don't know if it's that or something else
