For years I used to follow 'signs' or follow my gut reaction to things. Gut reactions to things used to dictate my actions to some degree.
With anxiety this becomes virtually impossible as everything gives you a 'bad' feeling. However, at what point do you 'believe' in your gut feeling and abolish anxiety thoughts?
