Hey,

I'm Dan and I have just joined today.

My anxiety issues were triggered this time last year and I think that at some point I have had nearly every physical symptom going!!

I've had some really bad periods but in more recent times I have had weeks of good days!!

I just wanted to come somewhere to speak to people going through the same things!!
