Hi,
Just wanted to say thank you to everyone who has helped me. I'm not feeling like I was although I'm still really depressed. I'm building up courage to see the doctors but they are big scary people to me! :hugs: I really appreciate how much you care about me and although I may not quite show it but its worked wonders. I still blame myself for everything as I cant move on from it just yet as one small step is good enough at a time but I'll soon be moving forward!
