OCD about 's'

Suicide the words makes me panic so much.
I'm terrified that my anxiety is going into depression and when I looked up symptoms of depression suicidal thoughts were one of them and now o keeping getting panicked about suicide and the word it's horrible.

Am I spiralling into a depression?
Or is this just OCD doing its thing again?

God I feel so low and sad Was you by any chance Googling? How ever it can lead to the 'D' word and etc ( I am trying not to use the full word for 'D' as it's a horrible condition to live with on a daily basis :eek: ) Are you receiving any therapy/meds at the moment? if you aren't receiving any outside help I suggest you have a word with your Dr :)
