I wanna start working out again but I'm scared I'll get a heart attack .
I've become so weak I used to have muscles on my arms now it's just flabby. I had two kids back to back. So I haven't worked out in like 2 years .

How do I start working out again? I'm scared I'm so weak :(

Ease into it, I did 10-15 minutes jogs every day, and gradually increased my time, working out won't cause you to have a heart attack trust me x

Why don't you ease it into it by doing yoga? It's a great way to strengthen those muscles. A lot of the top athletes do yoga as part of their training. I've only been doing it a few weeks but I can see (and feel) a difference already.
