Hi everyone,
I am 42 and married with a daughter aged 7 and a son aged 4. My daughter has ASD.
I worked for many years as a nurse but had to give it up because of anxiety and difficult time going through ICSI.
Then I trained as a Hypnotherapist and worked until a year ago helping many people and thought my life was good.
I was diagnosed with GAD several years ago and first started suffering 16 years ago. Prior to this I had always been a bit anxious and remember worrying alot as a child.
The past year the anxiety has got bad again and I stopped working, went back on meds and now am awaiting assessment by CMHT next week at home.
I really want to feel better again soon.
