Headache,fuzzy in head

Anyone else had headache and fuzzy drunk feeling in head.have it for more then a week now not going away,using 1g paracetemol and 1g ibuprofen but it doesn't go away.and doctor can find nothing wrong,also have muscle pain and aches.

Hi, a foggy/fuzzy head can be a symtom of anxiety. I have suffered the best part of four years with one after a traumatic time in my life.

Have you been under a lot of stress lately? Have you had a virus or illness? I always have a worse foggy head if I've been ill and I feel run down.

I posted about a foggy head last week and was given some great advice, try some exercise to get your blood pumping, try a gluten free diet, I started this yesterday a few people mentioned this has helped them.

A book was also recommended called The Body Keeps The Score: Brain, Mind, and Body in the Healing of Trauma, if you feel you this relates to you.

You may find that in a few weeks this feeling in the head may pass on its own.
