Tiredness. .

Does anyone else feel like me when tired? ??

I know it probably sounds stupid but when I feel tired it makes me super anxious, like it makes me feel weird...
It doesn't happen all the time but recently it has, like I feel all floaty in bed...

I do! I think for me it's because when I'm tired I feel like there must be something wrong with me! And, when I'm tired my anxiety comes on quicker. I've been a bit better about it lately. I've been going through some super stress...buying a house and moving...and when I feel tired I sit down and rest. Sometimes I fall asleep...then I worry that I'm sleeping too much! I can't win! I just try to be accepting of what my body is telling me. Sometimes it works. Sometimes not. Acceptance is very important though.
