Rocd - I am so scared

Hi all ,

New to this forum just wanted to get your opinions on my situation.

I got married last year in November and I remember having an anxiety
About whether I'd be a good husband , after I got married I was hit with
Suicide OCD which I finally became free of . My wife and I had argument and my wife told me her life is on hold because of me and she said she may leave (but apologised later on for saying that) , I've been obsessed over this scared of her leaving and constantly checking my feelings to see if I'm still in love

Yes, it is just part of OCD and treat it exactelly the same as any other type of OCD. It's just your thoughts, not reality. Try not to assign meaning to them, they are literary meaningless and anxiety they give is just a feeling, no validation or anything.
