Whole body on fire..

Hello im new to this site although ive seen its lots over the last few years... im just wondering if anyone else has an anxiety symptom that feels like they are either burning and tingling all over (or localized) or a cold feeling.. this started out in throat about 6 months ago and now i get it all over.. the more i think the more i get it..:ohmy:

I cant say its anxiety related because to be honest I dont know. But things that tend to get worse when you think about them tend to be anxiety related in my experience.
