Health Anxiety

Hi Everyone,
I haven't been on here for a while because CBT really helped me :):)
But recently my health anxiety is off the scale. Since December I've diagnosed myself with cancer of the bowel, pancreas and ovaries. Today I have convinced myself it's mnd.
My leg feels numb like sciatica but no pain, also muscle twitches! This is a new one for me, but I see lots of people suffer with them. Trying to be reassured by this but I'm so so scared. This anxiety is so horrid.

Sorry to hear that the HA bonfire has been re-lit again. Can you go for a CBT top up? or revisit some of your home work exercises?
