The symptoms i get are generally: snorting to clear it. difficulty swallowing. nausea. trickling feeling at the back of my throat. and mild congestion ect. x

I just feel the need to keep swallowing, lots of phlegm especially in the mornings, nose blocks at night time.

Yeah mornings worse for me, I'm always kinda snorting and coughing along with loads of swallowing, I have to drink a lot of water when I wake up to clear it x

I take Sudafed, a nasal spray and a sinus rinse to get rid of it.

Yes I have had a constantly runny nose and phlegm in my throat for about 7 weeks now, and it's accompanied by other flu symptoms that keep coming and going. I hate my life right now :(

I have had it for ages, does it make you cough like a dry cough ?
