A return to NMP but on a positive note

I first used NMP 6 years ago when I was first diagnosed with GAD and I don't know what I would have done without it. I haven't been online for approximately 3 years and although I continue to do well (with some ups and downs) I felt compelled to come back to the site recently. I've been on quite a journey but feel more positive now than I have in years so if I can be of some help to others then I'd really like to give something back.
