Okay, this is a long story
A few years back, I discovered a gland on my right side that started small and got bigger. The doctor said that it was a series of post nasal drip, and diagnosed me with chronic sinusitis. Now, I have the same problem on my left side. This time, however, I have an ache in my arm that comes and goes. With the help of Dr. Google, I have self diagnosed myself with cancer and convinced myself that I am going to die. Six months back, blood tests were all clear. I am so nervous. Can anyone help me manage my thoughts, or some advice on this issue?
