Cloudy looking urine

What does cloudy looking urine mean, if that makes sense?
It's the best way I can describe it.
I've had a bit of sugar the last day or two (a bit too much if i'm honest).
Could that have anything to do with it?

Can be a sign of dehydration, so maybe drink more liquids. This is usually the reason urine tends to be darker and cloudier when you first wake up, after some hours without liquids.

I second ISB's thoguhts. Drink more water. I have my morning coffee that lasts till about 10ish am and then I keep a big glass of water near and hit it for the remainder of the day. My Dr told me I should drink enough water for my urine to appear clear. so MOST of the time thats what I do.

I third what everyone says. I am terrible at drinking regularly and frequently have cloudy urine. Drinking more will help

I started drinking more water today and it has improved. Not completely gone but definitely improved :)

Had the same yesterday....it vas in the afternoon and i had only one coffee and 0.2 ltr in me :-) so i hope it is because of the dehydration...no pain, no any other problem...did it resolve by more fluids?
