Really struggling today

So hey guys,
Every ache and pain has come back and suddenly I think now I'm either getting appendicitis or gallstones.
I have ibs so I get the stomach cramping, the gurgling noises and often I get the stitch like pain on right side.
I google docs gallbladder and it says if you have a ache or pain in right side it could be the start.
I just want to carry on with my day as normal rather gen worrying I'm gonna colllapse and something will go wrong.
I hate this feeling and really with my anxiety would do one 😰

Hi Katy, I am having one of those days too. In so much pain with my tummy and lower back but sure it will be ibs :(

As far as irony goes last night i got a spontaneous stitch like pain in my right side, its still there today but hasn't got any worse, i can assure you the cramping and gurgling is likely down to IBS and the stitch could either be down to ibs or a pulled muscle,
of course i'm not a professional so my best advice is if it continues to worry you then maybe get a GP opinion x
