DVT?

Has anyone had one of these before? My calf in my right leg has been sore for a few days, and it's even sore when I touch it. It's not hot or changing colors. Just sore. I'm pregnant so I know I'm at a higher risk for them, but I don't want to waste my time and money in the ER if it's nothing serious. The pain isn't there when I'm resting, only when I stand up and I stop feeling pain after I've walked for a bit.

I had some pain in my legs when resting but not excersiving. I think mine was from being too lazy and not getting the muscles wirking

So yours didn't end up being a DVT? Just cramps?

You can do this kind of test at home by yourself or with someone else's help. I've had anxiety about this a lot too and doing these kinds of things can really help.

Thanks for posting that. I think my doctor said that I'm at a higher risk for getting them because I have Raynaud's (poor circulation). That video helped a lot because now I can do the tests before running to the doctor.
