Blahhhh headache

Ok so I have never hardley ever got headaches but today I feel blah...

I've got weird head pressure and nose pressure and just genuinly feeling rubbish....

I'm jumping straight on the B/T worry train as like I said I never really get headaches. So it's really freaking me out.

My ears also feel really like full too. And I've had freezing cold hands all day

The fact you hardly ever get headaches doesn't mean that, when you do get one, it must be a brain tumour. It's crazy to jump straight to that. The odds of it being a brain tumour are very low (or high - I never fully got whether low or high odds are better).

It could be a cold coming on as suggested above, or it could be any number of benign reasons. You're in a spiral of late, so it's very possible that stress and anxiety are taking their toll on you physically.

If you're getting pressure as well as pain in those places, it's probably down to your sinuses. Welcome to the world of headaches!
