So the title pretty much explains it. This is the second time that it's happened where I will stand up and feel faint & like I'm about to get a nose bleed. I think I'm in the second trimester, but I'm not sure because I haven't seen a doctor yet. I'm not going to lie, it's a very scary feeling and I ignored it the first time but since it happened again, I'm starting to get concerned.
Pregnancy is such a trigger for my anxiety (to go from moderate to severe), and now I'm freaking out. I wish I didn't get pregnant again because I can't tolerate the "safe" meds for anxiety during pregnancy.
