I had a few friends down this weekend and we ended up having a couple of nights out that I'm now truly regretting. My anxiety has reared its head again with some chest discomfort and a horrible nausea that lasts roughly an hour or so after I eat something. Why did I drink so much this weekend?! I guess I just wanted a break from all the unpleasant symptoms recently and now I've only made it worse.:weep:
