When I put my right ear to my right shoulder, I can see a bit of a lump behind my left ear. It looks like it's the SCM that runs the length of the neck, but I don't see the lump near my right ear.

Sometimes if you stretch that far you can see some of your vessels along your neck as well!

I wouldn't worry!

When I press on the area, I can also hear a whooshing sound in ear as I release.
