Had a panic attack early on this evening had had a brilliant day(after bad yest) slept well and didnt feel too much anxiety throughout day for most part.
Spoke to my brother on the phone had a fun convo and then by the end of it out of the blue. I got a dry mouth and couldnt talk too clearly, then i got off phone and all my body felt heavy, my hands have been numb a lot recently but at times of anxiety get worse. But this time my full legs were heavy and all muscles so tight, calves, thighs etc. Very weird odd sensatations which is not felt before.
Even after all this time I still ask is this something serious? What is this?
Anyone else ever experienced this at all?
Still mega anxious now ane legs heavy and twitchy like hell.
