Keep closing one eye.

Im not sure if this could be a major issue or not but I have had a habbit of closing my right eye. I catch myself doing it at random times and I have to make a concious effort to make sure I dont.

Eventually I notice because my mum keeps bringing it up. I do it by default when its really bright!

Is this some kind of major issue you think? I am short sighted since I was 10 (10 years ago) and I last had my perscription 2 years ago.

I close one eye when it's really bright light. I think it's because I've always been sensitive to bright light. We are all supposed to have a 'dominant' eye which we prefer to use, so you may be closing the other eye. Another possible reason is your eyes have different focus, so you close one to see clearly. My eyes are quite different in focus, my glasses correct this. You could check by looking at your glasses prescription.
