feeling of numbness

Recently I have noticed that I just don't care and do stuff I normally wouldn't do . I just feel completely numb I know this feeling will go but does anyone else get like this ? I'm not on meds so its not that. I do have a bit of stress in my life but nothing at this moment that I can actually say that could be causing it .. any advice would be great thank you xx

I get the same feeling too sometimes, I find I get it if I hit a rough patch or something similar. I use it to my advantage though because I'm so careless I do things I would normally be anxious about, I don't quite know why it happens but I find that doing something you're passionate about or finding something/one you care about can bring it back x

Thank you for responding . As ive said i have had this feeling before and it comes with a high too i end up being all bouncy and happy . Then have a crash and feel rubbish and down . I would take meds but I'm not good at taking meds !!!
