I have had issues with sleep where I would toss and turn until after 12 then be up at 5 or 6 am. I would feel drunk and yawn all day
I got a salt lamp and now I am drifting off in about 10 mins from 10 or11 until 6 or 7 but I still feel so tired as though I have had 2 hours sleep and my eye's sting and burn so bad
I don't know what to do. is this common in anxiety ? I'm.I'm . wondering if I have a sleep disorder
when I.woke up this morning I felt ok but got into work and felt like I hit a brick wall and feel half drunk even though I slept for for 8 hours
