Medication nausea

My new medication is giving me intense nausea and I'm scared. It would be so much easier if I could just throw up and get it over with but I'm just sat on the bathroom floor crying and I can't calm myself down and I'm scared.

Any tips how you get through this part? I know the anxiety is making it worse, I just can't get it under control.

So sorry I wasn't online to give you some support. Been there...afraid, panicking and in need of a few words, but no replies to my post.

I hope you're doing better now with the new medication. Perhaps they can give you something to ease the nausea.
