So, a year ago I suffered from a bout of Depression that hit me very hard.
It was about three or four months of hell. That's all I can describe it as. There was this feeling of being hollow and that time was going by at an impossibly slow rate (I think I wrote a poem about it but I can't find it).It doesn't sound bad in writing, but trust me... it was.
Now, I've recently been doctor diagnosed with Anxiety and now it seems to have ended. But my problem is... I feel strange, like every emotion I feel is muted. I find myself responding to things, smiling and laughing and tapping my feet to my favourite songs except there doesn't seem to be any joy. I've also been feeling really fatigued and I can't be bothered to do much other than to watch videos on youtube and T.V.

It might just be anxiety. I'm experiencing a lot of the same symptoms you describe as experiencing now and I have no history of depression.

If you suspect it might be depression though, and if these symptoms persist, talk to your doctor about it. Better to get it addressed sooner than later.
