Hey was just wondering if anyone else here suffers with a hand tremor? I've had mine since I was 7 it's constant, gets worse with caffeine, anxiety (of course makes my whole body go mad) and when I'm tired. The doctors still haven't diagnosed me, I went when I was little, they ruled everything dangerous out with loads of blood tests and just said I can see the mental health team if I wanted (the cheek I was 12). I'm sure it's essential tremor, I am pretty sick of telling people that I'm not nervous and that it's just how I am I can't help it. My mum still thinks it could have a lot to do with my anxiety although it didn't stop the years that I was actually doing pretty well. Anyone experience similar or the same (mine is all the time no matter what I'm doing present in both hands and I'm 19 now).:blush:
