I just dozed off and woke up coughing, I have a cold, and I think I must have been a little bit sick :weep:. Now my throat and nose feel acidy if that makes sense. Don't know why I'm posting this but it's made me have a little panic attack damn it

I've had it a few times it's usually just down to acid but i know how scary it can be x

I just called NHS 111 that's how much it scared me. Not called them for ages lol

And a weird coincidence. .. a paramedic and an ambulance just turned up at a house 4 doors down from me, and I live in a lane with only a few houses in it. I thought they'd come for me :D

Yes thank you. I survived the night lol. It's made me decide to get back to healthy eating and more exercise.
