Hit in the temple

So just as i started to expect that maybe my food poisoning scare will be okay. I get a hard wallop in my temple by my 3 year old. She was having a nightmare and as I tried too help her, she was fighting in her sleep and she swung and hit me on the side of my head. I'm terrified it's 5:52am can't go back too sleep. It happened so fast that it made me question exactly where did she hit me, but as I'm feeling pain on temple I'm certain it was right there. Even though she is young, she is so strong! I'm a tiny framed lady 5ft1 in height and only weigh 6 stone.

I'm going to go ahead and assume you do as I'm yet to meet a human without one, or even see one on TV. Therefore, I think you'll be fine.

Only piece of advice I would give is this: if a knock to the head from your toddler does this to you, don't take up boxing.
