I have bad health anxiety, constantly fearing the swollen lymph node in my neck that I'm still in the process of getting checked out.
I'll be fine for a day or two and then all of a sudden, I just get his with this DREADFUL change of mood. I can only descrive it as a wave of worry and sadness. It's awful, everytime I think I'm making progress, this will happen.
I was happy all day and then 10 minutes ago I just changed. I feellike I've been thrown under a truck or something. Ugh. :weep:
