I was wondering if anyone felt like this

Some farting and abdominal cramps and gurgling then having the urge to poop which is is very loose

It's scaring me and I'm not sure what to do as I'd like to eat but I don't want to incase I'm sick

You'll be a lot sicker if you don't eat! But you will eat. You won't be able to avoid it.

IBS is common and not something to worry about. It also flares up and quietens down, so whatever you're feeling now will pass. Have a chat with your doctor about it, and make sure you eat in ways less likely to trigger it.

Sounds like textbook IBS to me... in which case it'll be over as soon as it began and your appetite will be fine - you won't be sick.

If it's not IBS then you've no reason to think it's anything more concerning than a regular stomach bug of some sort. Inconvenient, unpleasant, but not to be scared of.
