hi ive been on trazodone 4 days now 50mg at night ,untill last night i slept well but last night i had about 2 hours i feel like a zombie ive tried going back to bed but even though im sooo tired i got no sleep any advice please

Just laying in bed trying to sleep seems to make it less likely. Do something for an hour or so, preferably not involving an electronic screen as they tend to put out more blue light (https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/q-a-why-is-blue-light-before-bedtime-bad-for-sleep/) which reduces melatonin production, and then try again.

Will the trazodone dose be increase and if so when?

hi i did try listening to calming music made some warm milk i dont see the psyciatrist untill the week after next i dont know if he plans to increase the dose the strange thing is these meds make you feel very tired maybe its early days

Trazodone only begins to act as an antidepressant at doses of 200mg and above. At lower doses it is only a very sedating antihistamine which is why you feel tired. It is much less sedating at the typical 300-400mg doses, especially with the relatively new slow-release formulation.
