Felt like I just had a heart attack :/

Left side of my chest was feeling heavy for a couple of hours, but not exactly unbarable. Then randomly I breathed in and my heart felt odd, and then I got scared because it felt like my left jaw felt funny, like a tingle, then I got scared and I think I gave my self more anxiety. I calmed down and feel okay now but it scared me.

What was it? Just panic :/

Of course it was just panic, surely you must know what a panic attack feels like by now?

They're horrible of course, but you'll find that if you just keep trying to remind yourself that these feelings are nothing more than an physical manifestation of your anxious mind, you'll be able to gradually talk yourself down from them.
