I twisted my head around very quickly and I heard an alarming crack 10 minutes ago, and now there's pain on the right side of my trachea where it is. I don't have any trouble with swallowing, but I don't know what to do. It also feels like there is a slight bubbling feeling in the throat and I'm having trouble breathing, like there's a bit of obstruction when there's nothing there. Did I break my trachea?

Was it the same sort of crack that you hear when you crack your fingers? If so, that's normal and you may have just pulled a neck muscle. I'm a nervous joint cracker and that's happened to me several times. You may have pulled a muscle regardless.

Keep yourself occupied for a little while and see if it doesn't go away naturally. It doesn't sound like the symptoms are very serious or painful so it might just be your anxiety feeding them.

Yes. Today, though, it's slightly better in regards to discomfort. I had trouble talking for a little bit though, so I don't know if it has anything to do with my vocal cords. It burns occasionally, but there's only a couple sharp pains every hour or so, and also no blood in my saliva.
