Hey, I was hoping to find some likeminded people for chats / mutual support and laughter. I'm 37, living in Brighton UK, with my girlfriend. She's great, but I don't think it's easy to understand anxiety if you've not experienced it. I have a colourful life story so far. I've had generalised / substance induced anxiety for 8 months, I've also got a diagnosis of Bipolar disorder. I do like to think I see the good in life, people, the world, but it's a daily struggle. It would be great to hash this out with anyone who also wishes it was easier to be positive. Other women, like me, or guys who fancy a chat. Any one at all that fancies bending my ear.
