Tingling in legs

When I lye in bed at night I can feel a tingling in my calfs and the backs of my thighs. It's mostly in my left leg however which causes me to worry it's something wrong with that leg. It seemed to start after I read tingling in the calf is bad but its being going on weeeks now and I can't shake it. Anyone else get this as a result of anxiety?

Yes. And also from leg falling asleep and impinged nerve (i.e. From disk issues or tense muscles)

If I were you I would not assign anything sinister to it. I would say, "well my muscles must be tense due to---stress/anxiety, overuse, fatigue..."
