Rough in the mornings

Hi all, I started cit 4 days ago, I take it about 5pm and don't really have any side effects until the morning. I feel a bit sick, teeth clenching and a bit buzzed if that makes sense? Is this normal? When will this wear off?

Totally normal! Will get better after a few weeks. Everyone is different though so you may get over it sooner.

The mornings were the worst for me for sure but it does get better. Stick to it :)

Did you manage to go to work!? I'm off at the moment but want to get back but only feel well enough in the afternoons. I'm only on 10mg cit alongside 30mg mirtazapine. But been taking the mirt for about 6 months
