Heartburn or heart problems?

I started yesterday with all I can describe as heartburn, pain in breastbone area, aching into my back just below my shoulder blades, I've taken gaviscon liquid and it hasn't gone? Panicking, can anyone help?

If it is hasn't gotten worse since then I'd put it down to heartburn or a muscle or something x
