I have had isometric tremors now for 18 months (when I use a muscle, that muscle tremors), and the doctors I have been seeing think I need to figure out what triggered it and talk about it etc etc. There is no trigger. It happens literally every time I have to use a muscle.

I have been to 11 neurologists in 3 different states, and they all have told me that it is due to depression/anxiety.

My new thing the past 2 months is my neck is so stiff it puts me in so much pain, and I can barely turn my head.

Been resisting going on any meds again.

If it was anxiety wouldn't I only get these physical symptoms when I was anxious?

An anxiety disorder is different to simply being anxious. Once it becomes entrenched, your physiology changes. You can feel less anxious, but your symptoms can flare up regardless. Indeed, in people such as myself who have largely recovered, physical symptoms can long outlast the psychological side of the disorder. I still get palpitations from time to time.
