Appendicitis worry? Ibs?

I'm on Citalopram for my health anxiety and I need advice/reassurance on this matter.

On my way home I had a random pain in my lower right abdomen for about 5 seconds but it's gone now, I have no nausea, nomore abdominal pain and I don't have a fever.
I'm scared it would be appendicitis oncoming but I don't want to call my doctor up or worry my family if it's nothing.
I suffer from IBS aswell so I'm not sure if that's the case and I just finished a course of antibiotics which I understand kills good bacteria aswell in my intestines.

I'd appreciate any help that you guys can offer.

If you have IBS, you don't really need to start looking for any other explanations for the odd abdomen pain. If you had appendicitis you'd know about it!

In fact a quick 5 second twinge doesn't even have to be IBS - most people who weren't anxious wouldn't even give it a second thought.
