For the past few days on and off the back of my throat when I breathe through my nose feels "constricted"... is this a thing? What could cause this? Is this yet another symptom of being anxiety ridden?
My upper back and shoulders have been tense.. could it be muscle tension.
The other night before i feel asleep it came on and I felt like I could barely breathe... my husband helped calm me until I fell asleep/
