Sore bottom lip

As anyone on here ever had a sore bottom lip it's like a sore chaped lip outside but it's inside if that makes sence

Yes, I often chew on my lips out of anxiety, without even realizing it.
Or else i pick dry skin off them, sometimes causing them to bleed.
They are often sore. i go through a tube of chapstick every two weeks. :(
