So according to Dr. Google if you have back and stomach pain it could be a warning sign of a heart attack.
According to rational thought, I know I did a bit more bending and lifting than I normally do today. I know the pain isn't severe, and merely a light burning/aching sensation. I know the pain isnt accompanied by any other symptoms like nausea or faintness or cold sweats.
But it's that little nagging disclaimer of "it could happen with NO SYMPTOMS AT ALL" that's making me feel like calling 911. But I really don't want to. This is awful.
