persistent cheek ulcer afraid cancer

hi everyone im new here..so ive been suffering from health anxiety for 10 years..around 2 weeks i had a painful ulcer on the side of right cheeks after 1 weeks the pain is gone but i can still see white colour like on the raised area..now i start to worry i had mouth cancer please share your xperience..

I doubt it is mouth cancer, I had this fear once too but honestly, your mouth would be horrendous most likely if it was. Sounds like a normal ulcer to me, or perhaps you've been biting your cheek in your sleep (anxiety can manifest whilst we sleep)
